Does anyone else get a sore/tense back/shoulders when they ride? If so, what do you do to make it better or avoid it?

I have a back and an ankle fragile, but it's not due to horse riding. However my back pain sometimes during sitting trot, thus I just pass to walk and concentrate on following the movement of the horse's back with my pelvis during few minutes and generally it is sufficient to relieve pain. In the case of my ankle, the pain is generally awaken during the work in equilibrium (not sure for the translation... rider position used in jumping or in big climbs). I can't do so much to reduce it, just be the more possible sat on the saddle and wear a bandage in case of ride with long clims or work session with a lot of equilibirum (translation ?). I'm sorry for my english...
