It depends on the stables and on what the rider is looking for. Some people have a home rider, and others are looking only for someone who can manage all the cares without riding. Usually a groom doesn’t have to ride, but he manages the longing, paddock and walking. In every case, to be a groom, you have to have at least a galop7 level.
