You could try Infrared Light Therapy, it speads up the natural healing process by activating the body, it works really well, if you are willing to pay for it
With tendon injuries you just have to be patient. Bandaging (stable bandages) and applying greencool or blue lotion under them may help. Hand walking will also be good as long as you don't allow them to trot.
