I have a hairline fracture in one of my vertebrae! Probably not as severe, but I use a brace. When I first was having backspin and did testing to Dx it, I went through physical therapy which was super helpful! I got a lot of activities that would help build strength and support in my back. At that time, I was working as an assistant trainer and riding horses all of the time, so I was experiencing a lot of pain. I started using a brace (there's a lot of kinds, just get one that works for you! The one I like was only like $20). Since I've moved for college and changed work fields and only ride one horse regularly, I don't experience as much pain as I used to, or I've just gotten used to it. I use tylenol when needed if the pain is really bad, but normally I just try to focus on my ride and ignore it. I also continue doing my PT exercises. Hope that helps!
