I think it is a very original alternative to the dirt roads (where there are holes, which slip when it rains, ...). In addition to outdoor paths it also makes equestrian soils (participates in the increase in horse performance) and litter (helps to preserve health).
This is a fairly environmentally friendly way I find as it allows to recycle wood. It seems to me that Buxor is in charge of the laying (flattening of the ground and laying of "crushed wood"). For the foot of horses, shocks are more easily absorbed, and the horse can’t slide like on the grass.
