I haven't been able to ride for over a month due to an injury. It'll be another three weeks before I can ride again, any ideas on stretches and exercises I can do in the meantime?

I hope you are okay 😰 Squats are a realky good exercise to make your legs stronger. Maybe swimming, but if your hurt your collarbone maybe is not a good idea 😅 So, as Grace says, you can also try walking and jogging!

That may help gain back your stamina
Ahh just try maybe doing like a 30 min walk every day building up to an hour then maybe do a 30min jog
