Targeted exercises for the legs and core, and a 3-5km walk daily (jog it at least 3x a week). Planks and squats every day! And I love my gym ball, just balancing on it while I'm watching telly is useful, as well as more targeted exercises ☺️
I run about three times a week. I also cycle to and from the stables everyday (about a 30min cycle uphill). But also play other sports too, such as tennis, hockey + cricket.
