I get really anxious while doing course work, it's makes my courses, leads and distances all jumbled up! can anyone give me some times to help calm my nerves?

think of it as flat work with a couple speed bumps in the way. i always start as. y first jump is coming i take a deep breath look for a distance than on landing another deep breath as i check my lead fix it if needed take another deep breath and think if it likes it flat work again and repeat for the next jumps. it sounds like a lot to do but for me i got so use to it i just do it without even thinking anymore
Maybe lower the jumps and once you are comfortable with that then raise them again. I agree with J M, singing helps a lot
Singing! My instructor made me sing happy birthday while jumping now i still sometimes sing when i get nervous when jumping 😂
