When I post the trot, I have a habit of pushing up through my heels. Even when I am concentrating on it, I still struggle 😫 Any suggestions that may help with this?

Bareback or no stirrups
Rising from your knees
No stirrups and try lifting from your pelvis and thighs. Forget about you feet and try focus on the lift then work your feet in and try keep your heels down
No stirrups
No stirrups help :)
Maybe try riding without stirrups to strengthen your position?
