Let your leg hang long and low but keep your heals down and post at the trot for three laps. Pick up your stirrups and do a lap of sitting trot repeat twice and maybe pop over a small cavality at a trot no stirrups
Keep a contact with your horses sides, don't just let you legs dangle
Do it with one stirrup (I know it sounds weird) but it helps with ur balance more and it is harder.
Don't push yourself beyond your limits but push yourself past the initial burn if that makes sense lol
Doing 5 min of set trout ever day and adding 1 minute every week
