Put 4 or 5 poles in a row between 1'30-1'45( depending on the stride of your horse, can try both for working short stride and extended stride) and first pass through them in lunge and the while riding always in rising trot and long rein, enough for the horse to extend the neck. This will make him lift the back and put the whole weight in the hind end. The measure is only for trot, do not try that measure in canter or walk, it won't fit
