I was wondering if anyone knew some good exercises that you can do with your horse?

Some good ones to work on upwards and downwards transitions are you trot for eight strides then canter for eight strides then trot again for eight strides ( you can change the stride numbers to suit your horse but this generally works for most horses), repeat this until you are happy, you can also do this in walk and trot.
