I've tried a lot of different exercises for my leg strength but none of them seem to be working. Any exercise tips for me?

Go in jumping postition when you ride it helps
Squats and planks. The most important thing for strengthening is to use many different exercises and include cardio (walking/running) as well. In horse riding you use a LOT of different muscles, so don't waste your time only strengthening one particular muscle 💪🏻
Try biking up hills! It has helped me with my leg strength.
