As always no stirrups! Also you can try and get a ball and place it between your thighs or your calfs and squeeze and release. This is a great workout and definitely helps out a lot!
I do squats, which has helped a lot
no stirrups! it may suck at the moment but makes a huge difference!
no stirrups work , works for me every time , usually at the beginning of the week you do some flat work and you can get your stirrups out and strengthen your legs (usually cantering works more )
As anabelle said, ride a lot with no stirrups, and preferably with short boots
