Your thoughts on heavy makeup worn during shows? I recently attended an unaffiliated jumping show where I seen a young girl wearing very heavy makeup. What do you think about this?

I never wear make up to shows, I really don't see the point because at the end of the day everyone is going to end up looking a bit of a mess (especially if you have a busy day) and I always get really sweaty and red faced especially through summer so I don't really see the point of make up at shows. At the end of the day too the horses don't care what you look like!
I think it's fine as long as it's still comfortable for her and it's nicely done !
Being well presented is nice but preferably not overboard I guess😁💖
I mean, if that's what makes her feel good then I'm all for it! It could be that she feels more confident with a full face, and I think we could all use a little extra confidence in the ring sometimes!
PS: the girl at the show looked amazing with the lipstick but I wouldn't use it… just my opinion 😅
I'm not really into wearing makeup during shows (in my last show a girl was wearing red lipstick... wtf? 😅), because is so uncomfortable (maybe a nude eyeshadow but that's all) and as any sport we sweat… and makeup and sweat are not really good friends 😂😂😂
Personally, I would wear eye makeup (eyebrows, eyeliner etc) so I look decent in photos but I wouldn't wear heavy makeup or a full face!! My skin would cry in breakouts and acne
Ps! Not being judgemental! Just curious on what others think about this! God if she can get up earlier to slay her face than go girl!
