My horse is having trouble with being tied up, he pulls and half years away from the railing and breaks the twine. I've tried hard tying him but he freaks out. Any tips to help?

Maybe try tying him up when you're feeding him or giving him hay so he is used to standing at the spot where you want him to be tied up? Maybe also tie him up with a friend next to him, it may make him relax more?
@lillybay Thankyou!
I have the same problem but I figured out that the blankets on the stall doors are shaking when the wind comes by and freaking my pony out. Also sense it is shedding season there is fur blowing on the ground in her blind spots which also freaks her out. What I did was I got these like horses safety break carabiners and put them on her stall door. I just put the lead line through the safety tie with some slack so she can feel like she is not being tied to tight. A lot of just doing things in the aisle can be good. Try putting him on the cross ties or tie after a work out and they should be too tired to do anything 😂 I hope this helps you!
