Squats and planks every day! Look up the 30 day rider fitness challenge (strides for success), even if you don't do the challenge it has some really good exercises.
Wall sit, sit ups for abs, place a ball that is squeezable between your legs (calfs or thighs) and just constantly squeeze and release, that one is my favorite ;)
