You can get ankle supports for week joints.
My instructor broke his tibula and fibula after a bad fall. He started walking by himself a couple weeks ago. Don't be in a rush to get back to riding or walking, take the time to let your body heal and it'll be okay.
Coming back after injuries, the best thing to do is to start off easy don't push yourself too much so that you have to wait longer to get back to where you were. Feel better!!
