Does anyone have any tips for keeping your toes in while riding English? Since I'm also a western rider my toes tend to move out while riding English too which isn't good

hard boots work very well but they are very costly so what you can do also is while you're just walking around on the ground turn your toes in a lot so you're almost pigeon toed and eventually the muscles will get used to it. also i find if i put more weight in my baby toe instead of the inner part of my foot it is easier to keep my feet straight
I ride English in winter and western in summer and my first time riding English was hard like this. It just takes awhile to get used to the short stirrups. Work on keeping your heels down and your toes in as best as you can, and eventually (within a week if you ride more than once a week) your toes will naturally go in. It might take a while to get used to western again though 😂 Hope this helped xx
