Hello! This is my first time on this app. I don't jump yet, but that's the discipline I want to go into. Do you have any advice for me?

Hello Annie,

I'm community manager in the team.
Welcome to Horsealot!

First, know that there are two versions, one online and a application you can download on iOS and Android.

Then you can ask your question to other members or to one of the experts (Ravene, EQUUS Laboratoire and Pégase Insurance). Every wednesday, you can ask your question to a famous rider or brand we choose every week.

You can also follow your favorite riders, brands or your friends and see their posts on the news feed.

If you have any questions or problems, feel free to send me a message or ask your question on the Expert page of Horsealot.

See you soon on Horsealot,

Best,

Georgina
Get a good trainer or take lessons at a barn with a certified instructor. I started that way, and last week I jumped 50 cm. It takes time and a good trainer😁
be patient! Pushing yourself or your horse to do things you aren't ready to do will only break your confidence and end up being counterproductive. It's also nice to take lots of videos and pictures to track your progress and have feed back on your position and riding.
Stay confident and take things slow! Jumping isn't something to rush into, make sure you cover all the basics before you start!
