Chain over her nose. Helped my horse who used to drag me but now I don't even have to use it
Turing her around in a circle will redirect her attention or put a chain over her nose and leed her out. Switch the routine up
Ground work in an arena. Have her stop when you stop. Back up when you ask. Move her shoulders and haunches when you ask. Make her move her feet so she knows that you call the shots.
If she goes to gallop back up to her paddock, pull her around in a sharp circle and direct her back the way you want to go 😊
Maybe try walking to the field and back with a stallion chain without actually putting her into the paddock every time. I know that some people don't like stallion chains, but if used correctly they can be an effective tool for teaching strong horses.
