Hello Mona,

To start, when choosing a horse for resale he has to be somewhat conventional. This means that he has to have good natural balance, correct jumping style and a good brain. For the American market, we generally look for horses with blood. Riders here like horses that take them to the fence. When looking a horse for myself, I rely more on my feeling when I ride him. Heart and natural ability count for a lot and can make up for an unconventional style. when resale is the goal we have to think about a horse that could fit a variety of different types of riders.
