Try keeping her strait and be quiet with you body so that she doesn't get confused
Hello Toni,

Flying lead changes are usually a pretty natural movement for most horses. Ask them to do when you cue for it, on the other hand, can turn out to quite difficult! (I used to have a horse who would do flying changes all the time while cantering in his pasture, but when I asked him to do them while riding, he had no clue what I wanted.) I think your best option would to be to teach her yourself to do lead changes, then she'll understand what you're asking for when you give her the cue. (If you want an idea to use while teaching your horse flying lead changes, view one of my earlier posts)
Good luck!
