I have just started doing yoga to help with my riding position and muscles. has anyone else done it and if so how did your riding feel with it?

I do yoga, but I’m having trouble with body awareness and focusing when doing it. It’s great to do though because when I do hip/groin stretches, it feels so good so I do recommend doing it!

And you get more flexible and other things become easier.
I love it! I am sore after the first lesson or two depending on how hardcore it is lol. But it really loosens your body and muscles and
I once tried to do yoga for my muscles. It was very nice because I was much more relaxed and "flexible" to say so. I think it's really good to try if you feel like you need to. :)
