Planks, crunches and I also found wall sits a good way to build led muscle😊
Barre exercises, yoga, core workouts like Emma suggested, and of all things, belly dancing. Those are my personal favorites.

For you, or your horse?
If it's for you, any core workout (crunches, plank etc.) Is great. Running and swimming increase leg and knee strength, which helps a ton.
If it's for your horse let me know and I have a ton of great exercises!
