let your horse jump up to you, don't lean
Thank you guys! I have a lesson today so I'll try your tips!!!!!!
I have the same problem on the canter. My trainer yells at me to remind me that I'm not riding a motorcycle or a bike and I don't have to 'lean' into the turn when I canter...chest out, stay square, eyes up. lol
Hold your self and instead of following with your body, follow with your arm and hand.
thank you guys!!!!!!!!! I'll try it!!!!
i used to do this and all my instructors told be to sit up on your pockets as an example your sitting on millions of dollars and if you rise you will lose it all and for jumping just wait for the fence to come to you. (i found this one hard) 😂.
This used to happen to me all the time,to the point of where I would be hanging on for dear life.😂So to help this I put my heals down very far and forward so you have to sit back and it basically forces you to stay back.Hopefully this helped!
