Trot without stirrups(posted) rider push-ups. Just stand up and gently sit down in the saddle while walking your horse before your rid
Calf phrases, squats, stay in two point for 15 min.

I know for me I drop my stirrups when I ride, I try to run at least a couple times a week and do some leg exercises on an exercise ball.
