Eat meditate look at your course! Smild its all fun in the end
I bet you will do great. Have confidence in your horse and yourself. Whatever competition your doing, breath and relax. Just do as you have always practiced. Always remember that it's your first time competing and it's okay to make mistakes. Just try to relax. And by the way, I heard that bananas can help relieve stress and anxiety so eat a lot of those! Good luck!
Always breathe you don't want to pass out. Remember it as a fun thing. Your not there to win. Just do your best. Showing is not supported to be stressful. GOOD LUCK!
Take deep breaths and have a long but calm warm up. I find with my horse that gets super worked up, to just allow him to chill out and walk around on a long rein.
Spend time with the horse you will be competing on . It worked on my first time. GOOD LUCK 🎉🎉
^^agreement with Quin N. Deep breaths and don't forget to eat!! I sometimes forget to eat because I'm so nervous and it affects how I ride. Often running the course/steps you're going to take through your help will get your confidence running. You are unstoppable!
Take lots of deep breaths, do some yoga and meditation in the morning before you compete! Try singing a song in your head when you get out there :) hope this helped
