Sit back and keep your hands dramatically up
I used to go on the edge of a stair put my heels down and go into two point (almost like squats) to work the muscles and improve heels. maybe 30 every other day.
Try to focus a bit more on your upper body. Make sure you are sitting back so you can feel your seat bones, and keep your shoulders back and down. As for your leg, open your thighs and relax your knee :) Happy riding!
