Honey is natural so it is 100% safe but be careful on how much honey you feed because it has a lot of sugar in it.
Just feed it at a minimum and it should be fine. Be careful about feeding grass clippings they mold very quickly and can cause your horse to colic

It's nature's antibiotic and it's perfectly safe for horses. It's also amazing on wounds and cuts!
