My leg tends to slide back when trotting and cantering. What are some good exercises or ways to fix to fix it? I have a strong leg when it stays in the right position.

I would say keep your heel down and push a little forward with your leg if that makes sense?
I had the same problem and it really helped to do some no stirrup work!
