What does it mean for your leg to be "on" in the equine world?
To have your leg against your horses side when riding
It means that your leg is actively resting against the horses side and you can use it whenever needed
If someone says for example keep your left leg on it mean squeeze with your calves and keep it on the horse until they are listening/moving the way you want them to! Sorry its really hard to explain but hopefully that helped!
