Do half raised ground poles. Do about 4 in a row and alternate the side that the pole is raised on. So between the 4 poles do left, right, left ,right. If you need a better explanation I can try.
Squuze with your lower leg while keeping light contact on the bit that way she doesn't go to fast. Or you could work on poles. If you lay them out farther apart then she'll have to extend farther. Hope this makes since and helps!
