Do you have any advice on correcting my position to jump like heels down, back straight, shoulders back, because my position is terrible when I go for the jump and land the jump?

You can try doing two point over raised ground poles at w/t/c

You can also try trotting while you're in 2 point, maybe a lap in each direction every ride.
