In my group lesson we have way too many people and I feel like I don't do much in my lesson. Should I move or give it more time and talk to my coach?

Ask if you can have private lessons.
I was in this situation for a while, if you feel like you're not doing anything in the lesson and you're not improving there's no point in being in this lesson.
I had this happen once I would talk to your coach but if she begins to ignore you in lessons leave.
I had the same problem. My instructor wasn't really cooperative when I politely mentioned it so I moved! Best decision ever!
Definitely talk to your coach! She might agree with you even if it's out of their control.
This happened to my lesson when an instructor left and two lessons were amalgamated, but there were too many and the level of riding was too diverse. In the end a few of us went to our coach and expressed our concern that we wouldn't progress and turned out she felt the same way but her boss has decided it. We got it changed though!
I was in the same situation as you at one point I told my coach that I was not learning anything as there was too many people in the group, it got sorted out really quickly and I was soon enjoying my lessons again.😉
Talk to ur coach. Politely say that the group at the moment isn't benefiting you in a way you find helpful and suggest some alternatives, try and stay positive and not too critical
