concentrate ob your heel only for a while and it will come naturally with time. my trainer actually attached weights to my heels😂 hell it worked
I changed out to proper long boots (not sure the technical name) but they seem to naturally bring your heels down. But Makayla has a good idea too.
Put dive rings on your toes. If one falls off you have to get off grab it and get back on without help. It may seem funny but works. Really makes you focus on your toes.
