Do you have any tips on how to post bareback?

Do you have any tips on how to post bareback?
Oh that's hard for me to do. Okay I will @brianna_equine3191
Post in your saddle without stirrups and stretch your leg down, sit up tall and grip with your thigh, once you have nailed that start doing it bareback
I will try to follow his rhythm. @paris_showjumping
Okay I will use my thighs more to keep me on and my balance. Ik it's very difficult. It is. Yeah it help a lot. @horses_heartland
Okay I will. I have too and it doesn't feel too good. I'll do that if you recommend that helps. @eclipse_98
He has a heavy trot so it's really bouncy I have hard time staying on him @julie.equestrian
Wrap your legs around the horse and push yourself upwards and follow the rhythm of his trot
Do anything to help strengthen your legs before hand. Aslo do it is a saddle without stirrups first to get an idea of what to do with slipping off the horse😂I learned that the hard way
Use your thighs to keep ahold of your horse and your balance while you post. It's very difficult when first learning, but stay to it!! It's so much fun!

Hope this helps!!
Try to follow the rhythm of the horse.
