Slide your shoulders and leg back and look at the middle section of the trees around the arena.
I find planning where im going next helps me. For example if im going down the long side of the ring and want to circle when i get to a short side, I will look for the letter that i am circling at and then i look at the 4 points of the circle as i am doing that. I used to look down lots and my coach gave me that tip and i found it helpful!
