Sit deep and grip with your thighs and relax
Ok thanks so much @savacatalina
Sit deep on your horse s back and try to keep your back straight it helps with your balance. Also try to sit relaxed and follow your horse s moves. Keep your thighs and knees sqeezed and have several brakes so you won't feel tired as fast.
