I haven’t ridden in a while and I’ve just gotten back into it. Any tips to help and avoid soreness? It’s mostly on my inner thighs due to the saddle fit, my hips, and lower back.

Bath salts help as well as stretching and massage
Stretch everyday and try some yoga go for a walk and have a nice hot bath or shower
Stretch stretch stretch. Then soak. Then soak in a hot bath. Always does the trick for me.
Stretching is the best solution!
