Hi Giovana! Me I try to breathe deeply and ride it just like I would something smaller. I try to not think about the height and I focus on my line and strides instead.
Grid work helps a lot with bigger jumps. You don't think about it and suddenly you are on the other side
Jump another one after, so you won't be obsessed with the big one
Find a spot on a wall or something ahead of you to focus on and keep looking at that when coming towards the jump, that always helped me when I was jumping
