Push yourself away from the saddle so if your bolts can will not be there to get injured and if you wear a back protector it will not get caught in the saddle and also land on your toes cause if you land on your heels you will put a lot of pressure on your ankles causing injury 😀
Hi! When you get off, don't jump to the ground, slide yourself slowly off the saddle and bend your knees when you get to the ground. You should be fine.
Land letting your knees bend and then jump up a little right away and you should be good. It works for vaulting!
