I don't really do any specific exercises. I generally try to train my whole body but take more care of the three parts which I need the most for playing polo. Those are my legs (mainly the adductors), my core, and my back and shoulders. When going to the gym I always try to do different exercises for those specific areas to not get bored. Therefore I'm afraid I can't really give you my top three.
