Should I use Spurs for jumping?

Should I use Spurs for jumping?
It depends on he horse but if your horse is kinda lazy yes. Just be sure not to catch him in the ribs. I did that once and my horse dumped me...
Not unless you need them. I only use them as a back up if my horse back s off my leg or has a look at a jump (kinda like you would use a crop but they're more accessible coz they're on your feet. I probably only use the spurs once on XC and very very rarely in SJ but i like having them there just in case

It really depends on the horse, but usually yes
Hi Piper, well, it depends on the horse! If your horse is a bit lazy or just needs to being pushed before jump, maybe it is a good decision. But anyway, I would ask to your trainer. :-)
