Whats the best method to keep your heels down? I have some trouble with that.

Sometimes i do some exercises with the gap of the stairs.... clinging on the handrail keep your heels down as much as possible. They are useful for me

Before you start any work just walk about with you feet out the stirrups for a while, this will make your leg nice and long. Once you put them back in the stirrups they should naturally be longer and make you reach down through your heel. Hope this helps xx
