I suppose its about Health And Safety rules and regulataions mostly. If something happens they are not to be blamed.
doesn't injurys resulting in deaths explain the need for these new fences?
It is necessary because without break away fences then more rotational and fatal falls will occur
Have you seen how many bloody good eventers have died recently because the rotational falls from solid fences..
