No stirrupless riding and sitting trot. Also bareback is good. Also stand up in the saddle (not in 2 point) and hold that for as long as you can. Try that first at a halt then walk, trot and canter
In the gym I think running, planking, ab exercises and butt, thigh and calf exercises. Riding wise I think sitting trot, and stirrupless riding.
