I have a new horse she is 3 years old and a anglo arab i am still working with her (training her) and i dont know if i should buy a gummy bit since most of the horses just chew on?

i usually start with your plan old snaffle bit!
It depends on the horse and what works for them. For starting and training I like using snaffles. Use soft bits to make it get used to having somethong in their mouth.
Not necessarily, just keep the bit as soft as possible.
A good old snaffle is always a good option for training! She probably will chew on it, so it's your choice
