For some reason focusing I think my writing is too sentimental imma have to take some out
remember to “absorb” the bounce and keep your shoulder blades together and sit up and i would also drop your stirrups. it forces you to sit more i think
Keep your shoulders back and squeeze with thigh and calf but still in your core but looser-ish
drop your irons & tuck your pelvis slightly. push your hips with the movement & dont tense
Sit more back.... without stirrups helps better
don't think to hard about it and really engage your core and seat bones
