You’re better off riding once a week with not stirrups than for a whole month. It ends up being the same amount of rides stirrupless over the course of a year. It prevents both your soreness and yours horses if you’re bouncing around!

the whole point of no stirrup November is no stirrups.... Also you can ease the pain by working with no stirrups at least monthly when its not no stirrups november....
